Why monthly instead of one big payment?+
A site needs hosting, security, and updates for as long as it is live. The subscription rolls all of that into one predictable cost, so you are never left with a site nobody is maintaining.
What changes the price?+
Mainly the number of pages and any extra features like a catalog, booking, or a store. More involved builds take more work to set up and maintain, so they sit higher. You always get a fixed quote first.
Do I have to buy the domain myself?+
Yes. The domain stays in your name so you always own it. We handle connecting it to your site. Domain registration is a small separate cost paid to the registrar.
Can I add or remove things later?+
That is the whole idea. Add a catalog, a booking tool, or extra pages when you need them, and adjust your plan as your business changes.
What if I want to cancel the subscription?+
The site comes down from our hosting. On a monthly plan, if you want to move hosts and keep the site design, you can buy the site out for a one-time fee equal to six months of your plan price. On a 12 or 24-month term, you keep the site design and files at no extra cost once the term ends.
How do the 3 free months work with a 12 or 24-month term?+
The free build and your first 3 months are completely free and sit outside any term. If you choose a 12 or 24-month plan, the term only starts once the free period ends and paid billing begins, so the 3 free months are on top of your term, not counted inside it.
