Privacy Policy

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Here is how we handle your information.

1. Overview

Webbitar is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our website and services.

2. Information Collection

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily submit to us, such as when you fill out our contact form or request a quote (including your name, email address, company name, and details about your project). We also collect anonymous usage data via server logs to monitor site performance and security. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and, where a quote leads to an agreement, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiries, provide the requested quotes, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship, after which they are deleted.

4. Service Providers We Use

To run this website we rely on two service providers who process data on our behalf:

Formspree, Inc. (USA) — when you submit a form on this site, the contents are transmitted through Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. Formspree processes this data only to deliver your message. See the Formspree privacy policy.

Vercel Inc. (USA) — our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for performance and security. See the Vercel privacy policy.

Both providers may process data in the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use invasive tracking cookies. We aim to keep our site as clean and privacy-friendly as possible.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY).

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us at privacy@webbitar.com.
